I am now reading the second book of Harry Potter, and the book is called Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets.  There are 3 words in this book I didn’t know about, so I will tell you what the word is and then  have to try and guess what it means. Then after I have to tell you guys the actual meaning. So the first word is abnormality, and I think it means not normal (abnormal) action. But when I searched it up the meaning was an abnormal thing or event. The second word is piteous and i think it means scared.  As stated in the dictionary it means an evoking or deserving pity. And my last and final word I didn’t know was daubed. And I personally think it means to spread a certain thing or wall, but the actual meaning of daubed was to spread (plaster, mud, etc.) on or over something. So those were 3 words I wasn’t  sure of in my book called Harry Potter And The Chamber Of Secrets.

I just started reading the book “Wonder.” If I ever get to meet Auggie, which is the boy who is deformed, or I would say someone who has difficulties, I would ask him many questions. One question I would ask him is, how terrified were you when your mom told you that you had to go to school? If I were you i would be very terrified because you never know when you can get bullied. Another question I would ask him is how did you feel when you made some friends that actually cared about you and appreciated who you were? My last question is how hurt were you when one of your friends turned their back on you just to be part of the cool group? If I were you I would be extremely hurt because they were once my friend.

One Saturday I had so much fun. We went up to LA for the weekend. First we went to an Exhibit, which we had to hike up there since there was no parking. Actually, we actually toke a bus there instead of hiking like most people did. After we went to the Exhibit, we went to the Museum of Ice Cream. The Museum of Ice Cream was really fun, and we got to try a lot of ice creams like, churro ice cream, mint chip mochi ice cream, and many more. Then we went to a Korean BBQ place called Gen. One fact I never knew was that Gen is my mom’s favorite Korean BBQ place. Furthermore, we went to go check in our hotel and once we did, we went up to our room and watched the disney fireworks.

The next day we had breakfast and then got ready to go to Disneyland. Once we got to Disneyland we rode so many rides like the Haunted Mansion, Pirates of the Caribbean, and a lot more. After we went to so many different stores. Then we got to watch the Disney parade and ate ice cream. Lastly, we drove home and got home at like 11:30 pm.

I am super excited to go to 6th grade camp. I really want to be bunk mates with my friends that I chose for camp, because I don’t want to be lonely… lol. I am also really excited for 6th grade camp because I want to try the different activities at camp, and I also want it to snow. When we come back from 6th grade camp my parents are going to pick me up and I’m going to go to Big Bear with my whole family. We are going to rent out a huge cabin because I have a really big family. The cabin were renting out looks like a mansion but’s still a cabin. The cabin has so many cool things like a dart board, Jacuzzi, air hockey, Foosball table. I am super excited to go to 6th grade camp, and a family trip to Big Bear.

Dear Robert Hoge,

I have so many things to ask you. My first question is how hard was it to walk and do things. It would be amazing to meet someone like Auggie from the book Wonder. When you figured out that when you were born your mom didn’t want you, what was our impression. Was it sad, surprising,  alert, cautious, confused, or concerned. When you where younger did you go to a public school or were you home schooled. Also, did you get used to walking and doing things on your own or do you still need help from other people. If I ever get to meet you one time I would be so happy because it would my first time seeing someone who has health problems and has been thru so much things. By the way I love your book because at the beginning it was super sad but the part that made me cheer up was when your 4 siblings wanted you to stay with them.

I had an amazing Thanksgiving break. For Thanksgiving break I went to my cousin’s house near VictorVille. Me and my cousin’s went on a road trip with our dads to visit my other cousin’s. Before we went on the road trip, we got a lot of snacks because the drive was going to about 2 hours and a half. When we arrived to my other cousin’s house, we went to go have our Thanksgiving dinner. After my dad and my cousins’s dads went next door with their friend, me and my cousins stayed with my auntie. We played outside for a little then we watched scary movies and other movies. While watching our last movie, all of us ended up falling asleep.  I had an amazing Thanksgiving Break.

Dear J.K Rowling,

I am so amazed by all your Harry Potter Books. One of my favorite Harry Potter books, is Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows. I love how your Harry Potter books are so interesting and fun. I also love how these books are so detailed. I am willing to read the others books that you wrote and created. I have read a lot about you on the book called “Who was/is J.k Rowling.

I am starting to read a book called Schooled and the category is based on a bully. It is also a Fiction book about a bully. But since I am only on chapter 3 I can tell you a little about the main character. So the main character’s name is Capricorn Anderson and he has a pretty horrible life at the beginning. As stated in the book “I was thirteen the first time I saw the police officer up close. He was arresting me for driving without a license.” That means that it was terrible for him because we was arrested for not having license. … In one of the chapters it mainly talks about his family. Anderson has to share his parents with random kids because his parents help out the homeless. There are many bad things happening to him at once. I love this book so far because I like at the beginning it starts on something surprising.

I just finished reading my book called Who Was Betsy Ross. I would spend a day with Betsy Ross because she inspires me to do what I like to do. And someday I can make a difference in the world, doing what I like to do. If I spent a day with her I would want to visit her shop and meet her kids. I would love to talk to her about her life and if it is hard or easy for her to do many things at once. If I don’t get to meet Betsy Ross I would also like to meet one of her daughters to tell me the story of there mother (Betsy Ross).  If I ever get to meet her I would want to talk with her and get to know her for like 24 hours…lol.

I would recommend reading the book called “The Finest Hours” because it is a Non-Fiction book and it is a true story about what happened at the heroic sea rescue. In the book it talks about what happened during the sea rescue, somethings that happened during the heroic is that there was a storm that was going really fast across the ocean. Also there were waves that went up to 70 feet high that caused the ship to sink. As stated in the text, “Despite insurmountable odds, these brave men risked their lives to save more than 30 stranded sailors.” Which means that they should be honored because they sacrificed there own life to save all the sailors during the rescue.
